TEAM SPORTS REGISTRATION
Easy Procedures - But Follow Closely!

Our Intramural Team Sports registration process is an easy 6-step procedure. Just complete the following steps and you and your team will be up-to-speed and ready-to-play. Please read carefully:

(1) Form your team in any or all sports listed above. Give yourselves a creative team name and select a team member to act as the team captain or team representative.

(2) As team captain, fill out an offical IM Team Roster form that you can find and print out on this site (see below).

(3) Check out the quarterly team sports schedule listed above. There are two very important dates and times listed for the team sport you have selected:

During the (a) Telephone Registration Priority Period, team captains should call (858) 534-3716 between the times listed for the IM Team Sport in which they wish to register. During that call they will pre-register their team and receive a team registration priority number that will be important later that day at the mandatory Team Captain's meeting. (b) The Team Captain's Meeting (listed in the late afternoon) is crucial to getting informative details about specific team sport programs and an opportunity to register your team for the season.

(4) Attend the team captain's meeting at the designated time listed above. And, bring your team roster form and your team sports entry fee (check or cash only, no credit cards) We will conduct a short meeting with all team captains, create league opportunities at the meeting, and then,

(5) Register your team at the TC Meeting. Your team will have then accessed our system and league schedules for each sport will be developed quickly during subsequent days. Regular season schedules will be posted on this website for your on-going use. From this point on, everything is easy.

(6) Pull your team together organizationally and gear up for the first game listed on your schedule. The fun will start and continue from here on in.
