We offer general interest one day workshop and short term classes on a variety of fitness and wellness topics including massage, yoga and nutrition.
Learn from the best! Veronica Aguila is one of the top Olympic lifting coaches and competitive athletes in San Diego. In this workshop you will learn important technique and safety skills so that you can confidently step on the platform. The basic lifts will be covered: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Prior strength training experience is recommended. Space is limited.
If you haven’t gotten on the myofascial release train, now is the time. You train, you get sore, and then what? The foam roller, lacrosse ball, tennis ball, golf ball – they are your new best friends. Learn how to use all these tools the right way. When your muscles are happy, you perform better, you get stronger, you move faster. Javier is a highly skilled athletic trainer and super engaging teacher. No prior experience necessary.
