Get the most out of your time with a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. This extremely efficient cardio-conditioning and calorie-burning 30 minute session is organized in intervals of high intensity, moderate intensity and low intensity and uses both weights and your own body weight to increase the body’s ability to use its fat stores for energy. Follow-up the HIIT session with a core conditioning workout using body weight and light weights to tone and define the areas of the abdomen, back, shoulders, chest and hips. HINT: Combine it with our Core Stretch class, a fully-body stretch session will wrap-up the workout to balance out the mind and body before taking on the rest of the day.CORE STRETCH

Add this class to your H.I.I.T. list and transform your mind, body, and cycleSoul! While blitzing hundreds of calories pedaling, a cyclist's posture contributes to muscle tension and imbalance since the spine is constantly flexed forward over the handlebars. In order to achieve overall flexibility and balanced muscle groups -- and to sidestep common injuries -- a biker desperately needs yoga to sculpt the abs, balance upper and lower body muscles and get out all the kinks.
Unlike traditional, old-school workouts that feature short bursts of maximum intensity with longer periods of rest, INSANITY flips that formula upside-down. INSANITY uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest. Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise. This is a 30min class.

Well this class gives you a taste of athletic training as well as the enjoyment of different drills and games to keep class fun and exciting! As adults, it’s apparent that games like “Tag” or “Capture the Flag” seemed to make us more winded than we remember…come play for an hour and not only knock out your exercise for the day, but have a blast doing it!
Try this high-energy conditioning class in our private fitness studio! You will use a variety of brand new equipment such as weights, Gravity Trainers, TRX, med balls and BOSU balls to get your sweat on and work on your strength, flexibility, and agility. The circuit class will give you the opportunity to train with functional movement that you do daily. Reaching for something heavy off a high shelf, well you better have trained your abdominals to contract and support your back for that! What about slinging your heavy laundry basket from the floor to the top of the washing machine…all movements that you can train your body to do safely to reduce the risk of injury!!
